AGREEMENT TO OUR LEGAL TERMS
We are PMG Engineering Private Limited ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), a company registered in India at
1504, Logix Office Tower, Noida, Uttar Pradesh 201301.
We operate the website https://devalay.org (the "Site"), as well as the mobile application Devalay and any related products or services that refer or link to these legal terms (collectively, the "Services").

ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS AND UPDATES
By downloading, installing, or using Devalay, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms").
If you do not agree, you must stop using the app immediately.
We may modify or update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately upon posting.
Your continued use of the app after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
OUR SERVICES
The Services provide a digital devotional community experience, including temple listings, events, spiritual feeds, and user-generated devotional content.
The Services are not intended for distribution or use in any jurisdiction or country where such use would be contrary to law or regulation. Users are solely responsible for compliance with their local laws.
The Services are intended for users who are at least 18 years old.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
We are the owner or licensee of all intellectual property in our Services, including software, designs, text, graphics, audio, video, and trademarks (“Content”).
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to access and use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Services without our written consent.
Any breach of these rights will terminate your right to use the Services immediately.
USER REGISTRATION
You may be required to register to use certain features. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information.
- Keep your login credentials secure.
- Be responsible for all activity on your account.
We reserve the right to remove or change usernames that are inappropriate or misleading.
GUEST ACCESS (NO REGISTRATION REQUIRED)
Certain public features of Devalay — such as temple information, festival schedules, or devotional feeds — are available for browsing without an account.
Registration is required only for actions like posting, commenting, following, or uploading content.
USER-GENERATED CONTENT
You may post or share devotional content such as text, photos, or videos (“Contributions”).
By posting, you:
- Represent that you own or have permission to post the content.
- Grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content within the app and related media.
- Accept that your Contributions may be visible to other users.
You are solely responsible for what you post. We reserve the right to remove or disable content that violates these Terms or applicable laws.
COMMUNITY GUIDELINES & NO-TOLERANCE POLICY
Devalay has a no-tolerance policy for objectionable content or abusive users.
We are committed to maintaining a safe, respectful, and family-friendly community environment.
Devalay is a devotional community that encourages respect and positivity. We have zero tolerance for objectionable or abusive content. You agree not to post or share:
- Harassment, bullying, threats, or hate speech
- Discrimination or slurs based on religion, caste, race, gender, or orientation
- Pornographic, violent, or obscene material
- Illegal content or impersonation of others
- Misinformation, scams, or spam
We reserve the right to remove such content and suspend or ban offending users without prior notice.
Serious violations may be reported to law enforcement.
Users can report inappropriate content or behavior via the Report option in the app or email contact@devalay.org.
USER RESPONSIBILITIES
You agree not to misuse the Services or interfere with their operation. Specifically, you must not:
- Access or attempt to access data not intended for you
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or copy source code
- Use bots, scrapers, or automation tools to collect data
- Upload malware, spam, or scripts that harm others
- Attempt to bypass security features
- Use Devalay to advertise third-party products or services without authorization
You are responsible for all actions taken under your account and for safeguarding your login credentials.
ACCOUNT DELETION
You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete account, on the website or in the app.
Once confirmed:
- Straight away, you are signed out everywhere, your profile, posts and comments are hidden, and your mobile number is released.
- Within 7 days, your personal information is erased: your name, photos, profile details, follows, likes and saved items, and the text of messages you sent. Your posts, glimpses and comments are removed, and are permanently deleted within 30 days after that.
- Records we are required to keep by law, such as orders, payments, donations and seller verification, are kept for as long as the law requires.
If you request deletion by email, our support team will process it within the same timeframe.

PURCHASES AND PAYMENTS
Payments, if applicable, are securely processed via authorized providers.
You agree to provide accurate billing information. Donations are non-refundable. Marketplace orders can be returned as described on the order page, and approved refunds go back to the original payment method.
TERMINATION OF ACCESS
We may suspend or terminate your access without notice if you breach these Terms or violate our Community Guidelines.
Upon termination, your license to use the Services ends immediately.
MODIFICATIONS AND INTERRUPTIONS
We may modify or discontinue parts of the Services at any time without notice.
We are not responsible for unavailability due to maintenance, technical issues, or external factors.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PMG Engineering Private Limited and its officers, employees, or partners shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of data, content, or profits
- Errors, downtime, or unauthorized access
- Any content posted by users or third parties
You use the app at your own risk. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or that all content will always be accurate or suitable for your purpose.
DISCLAIMER
The Services and all content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
We make no guarantees about:
- Continuous availability
- Freedom from bugs or viruses
- Accuracy or reliability of any user content
We are not responsible for any actions or statements of users or third-party links shared within the app.
GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India.
