Creating a post
A post can have text, photos and videos. Each photo or video can be up to 100 MB. You can also:
- tag people, and tag the temples, deities, events and festivals your post is about;
- add a place, so people can see where it was taken.
Checks on what you post
- Photos are checked automatically when you upload them. A photo that looks unsafe isn’t posted, and you’ll see a message explaining why.
- Videos are checked shortly after they’re posted. A video that breaks our guidelines is hidden.
- Text in posts, comments and messages is checked for abusive language.

Likes, saves and sharing
- Like a post to show appreciation.
- Save a post to find it later under Saved on your profile.
- Repost to share a post with your followers.
- Share to copy a link to the post, or send it to someone in a message.
Deleting a post
Open the menu on your post and choose Delete.
Who can see your posts
If your account is public, anyone can see your posts. If it’s private, only your followers can. See private accounts and who can comment.
